Click on the grey triangles to expand the folders. A blue triangle inicates an open folder, a grey one is an open-able folder, and a pink triangle is an actual URL.

I like to have all of my favourites below the LINKS folder. That way, my faves appear on the links bar. Each of the folders below LINKS appears at the top of my IE browser window. Very Handy!
